Weekday wedding - vendor discounts

We have all of our vendors booked except for the videographer. The majority of our vendors we booked and talked to have offered a discount for a weekday wedding. But I cannot for the life of me find any videographers that do. In my mind, I was hopping they would see it as having business that day or not since it is a weekday. I don’t expect it to be free or anything - just would like them to give a little. Anyone with a weekday wedding - have you been successful getting a price break on the videographer? Any tips or tricks are much appreciated! Thanks!

For a videographer I would actually think the opposite - that they wouldn't offer a discount during the week. They actually do all their editing work during the week so to put that aside to actually shoot a wedding would require a full fee or higher to get them to do that. Otherwise, they won't have time to finish the end product for their clients and deliver the video in a timely manner.

Hey Jill!
It's really great that you have been able to get good value on your vendors so far because you are holding your wedding during the week. Any discounts offered by vendors are entirely at their own discretion and should not be expected when you hire them.
Of course, you can ask if they are willing to offer a discount but you must be prepared to pay their standard fee.
Is there a particular videographer that you are interested in?
