Just Said Yes November 2019

Week before the wedding

Jasmine, on November 11, 2019 at 8:10 PM Posted in Planning 0 4
Hi everyone,

it’s 5 days until my Wedding day and I’m stressing out. There is loads to do and feels like not enough time to do anything. Any tips for how to relax this week and not go completely crazy with stress? Bearing in mind that I don’t have lots of time to do typically relaxing things!
xx

Deep breathes and lots of lists to keep yourself organized. Maybe go back and try to take one thing off tour list that won’t really matter. Remember that something is likely to be not perfect and that’s ok. Remember what’s important....your are marrying your FH and that’s all that matters. Call a friend and talk about something other than wedding stuff to take your mind off even for a few minutes. It’s almost over. Good luck.

A few things that might help:
Listen to calming music whilst taking a warm bath
Get a small mist machine and put a few drops of lavender
Play candy crush - that'll take your mind off of things for an hour or so.
Sing!!!( i find it to be a good stress reliever)

I'm in the same boat, Saturday is the big day and I'm an emotional rollercoaster! I have a massage scheduled and I'm hoping it helps, I also took the week off of work to prepare and pamper.
