Hello beautiful brides

Have any of you had a wedding through Wedgwood weddings? If so how was your experience?

Thanks!

I’m a Wedgewood bride, and I loved it. Stress-free, easy to work with. Which locations are you considering?

Love them!! I posted on your other thread, but i meant to say she got married at Carmel.

its such an amazing experience. You get to do all the fun stuff, like cake tasting and and stuff like that without the headache of “do i want this DJ or that one.... or this one who is including upgraded lights.....”
it is pricey, but in the grand scheme of things it’s the same price as getting married at a DIY venue or a venue where you bring in all of your vendors.

We are paying about 22k for 115 ish guests. So it is pricey but it was the cheapest that we found. We could have paid for a venue for 10k and then we would have had to bring in the DJ, the food, the decorations, the flowers, the cake.

Everything. EVERYTHING is included in the 22k besides my flowers I’m holding, my hair and makeup, and my dress. Everything else is included including the open bar. In my opinion it’s the same price if we were to go elsewhere, but it’s without the headache. Wedgewood lets you customize your plan. We got the emerald package because we wanted the open bar.

we took out the table wines, and the chocolate covered straw To save about 500 bucks. You can sub things in and out. Say you wanted the smallest package, but wanted to add on the open bar. Or wanted to add on extra desserts, you can do that.

ALSO weekday and Sunday weddings are cheaper. It would have saved us 3 grand if we had it on a Friday or Sunday, but we decided not to.

We looked at a Wedgewood location. We ultimately decided not to go with them because we felt they weren’t upfront with us regarding the minimums. They had sent us the pricing and we thought it was well-priced, but then we did the tour and found out we had to spend another roughly 30% to hit their minimum. I guess people use the extra money on upgrades, extras, better food, etc but we felt sort of swindled since they didn’t tell us before we got there. Beautiful venue though. Might not be the same at all locations.

What are their minimums? Would they accommodate smaller weddings (~50 guests)

Were getting married at Wedgwood Octotillo in AZ. They have a revenue minimum. For our Wednesday minimum, we have to spend $3000 before taxes. Super easy to do of course. With everything we want were paying roughly $6,000.
