Wedding

I'm a little less than 1 year out now so I totally know what you're feeling! So far, it feels like everything is going by in a flash! It's been pretty easy going, but still crazy to think that in less than 1 year, I'm getting married!!

I have about 10 months to plan my wedding, and giirrlll I am STRESSED!!! Time is flying by and trying to get everything in order is going horrendously. So I completely understand the feelings you’re having!!

I only had a year to plan mine and it sure did fly by

We got engaged 14 months out, the year mark was a bit scary, but when we hit the six month mark in October... Yeesh. I’m pretty organized and had a reaaaaaallly long commute 3 days a week (3 hrs one way) where I could plan so now it’s more of a waiting game, there’s things that need to get done BUT can’t get done yet and that’s stressful to me

When we hit the one year mark it still felt far enough away for us to get everything we needed to do done but close enough to get excited. We are now approaching the 6 month mark and it suddenly feels like everything is speeding up!! I'm very glad that we got the big stuff out of the way right away with hiring vendors and having our wedding vision fulfilled early. We are now just getting into the fun things like attire, details, etc.

It really varies! Sometimes it felt like time was flying, while other times it seemed to crawl. Keeping myself busy with non-wedding things really helped me pass the time!
