I am 7 days out before my wedding day and I am a little stressed trying to get these last minute details together. I am definitely ready for the day to come for me to get married. I am hoping that everything will fall into place.

You can do this! Make sure you take some time to destress each day. A little self care can go a long way in reducing anxiety.

Thank you. I will try to be less stressed. I am going to try to take care of myself. There is nothing like taking care of myself and being in good health.
