Hi all.
So I was wanting to use the tool but I noticed it only adds whole households to a table. Some of my household are large and can't all go into one table, can you individually add people into a tabis or does it only allow to add an entire household onto a table? E.g My tables seat 6 people. For a household I have mum, dad, 3 children plus one of those spouses and grandma and grandpa so they are obviously going to be split. Do I need to redo the guest list and add them as they would be sitting? Thats tough cause I am using the tool to help me figure out where to seat everyone

Yikes, seating charts are hard enough! I can't help with the WW one, but I'm using All Seated for my wedding. It's simple to use and it's free... Maybe give it a shot? It allows you to individually place people at tables and move them around easily.

You can move the people around. I think you may need to add the whole household, but then you can click and drag the little guys to different tables.

That works for households less than the number of people at the table. So if I add 8 people to a table it will add 2 people on one seat and if I try to move them to another it moves them both together. But now my whole list has vanished. It still shows in my guest list the people assigned tables but in the seating tool planner it shows nobody seated and nobody to seat like in the pic I posted.

On another note how do you do the seating chart on here? I'm pretty new to this app an obviously haven't figured out all the stuff it can do?

You can't do it through the app. Has to be PC or Laptop and you go under planning tools. Hope this help.

Hi Sabrina! You can quickly add entire households to tables, and then move each guest individually to other tables as needed! (Click on an individual guest to drag and drop them)
I took a quick peek at your seating chart and I can see your seated guests and guests still to assign to tables, so you didn't lose this info - it's just a browser issue! Clear your browsing history, cache, and cookies then check your seating chart again!
