Wedding Wire rsvp Struggles

I am working on my RSVP list through Wedding wire. I am struggling though, because when I link guests together there is no way to make food choices for each guest during the RSVP process. Then when you go to make a seating chart, only the head person from the linked group shows up to be seated. Any help or advice?

Hi Samantha,

If I'm not mistaken, the site already has a "track meal" option in your settings. You would go to: Planning Tools > Guest List > Reception > Settings > Track Meals > Menus.

You would be able to edit or add any food option for your guests. I believe once they go to your site to RSVP, they are asked to choose a meal option from the list that you provided from the menu.

I've also tried seating a group at the same time but it seems like you're just going to have to place them one by one. I hope that's what you were asking and that it helped a little bit. If not, I guess I'll follow this post just in case I'm wrong.

Actually I figured it out diving through other people's post! You have to add the plus one guests under the "wedding" tab instead of the overview tab. Once you do that, on the RSVP page (for guests) searching one person in a linked group brings up the entire linked group and each guest can RSVP individually and choose their meal.
