Can no longer access wedding wire from my phone. The minute it pop's up, it closes out. Anyone else have this problem? I can still get access on my regular computer but not my phone. It all started when I upgraded my phone. If I delete the app, it warns that it will delete the information. I'm two weeks out and can't let that happen. Any suggestions?

Don't quote me here but you should be able to keep your info as long as you sign into your account.

I'm having the same issues. It's sad because my guest list and everything else is on here.

I was able to delete the app off my phone. I then re-installed the app, and everything was there.
Just make sure you don't delete the account. Only the app.

I did everything possible, and nothing is working. I reached out to support but there is no guarantee that it ill be fixed.
