Wedding Wire app notifications

Okay you’re on your phone, so click on “my day” at the bottom left. At the top left there will be a gear symbol..click on that to get to settings. From there, there will be a header towards the middle that says notifications & you can unselect receiving them.

From the computer once you get an email, open it & scroll to the very bottom. In small underlined print you will see “unsubscribe from forum email” or whatever it may be. Hope this helps!

Hi Teresa! Make sure to check our vendor messages first, but besides those the notifications would be for forum activity. You can manage your push notifications in the app by clicking on the gear icon to open your settings, then scroll down to the notifications section!

Thank you, I ended up deleting the app from my phone and reinstalling it. Much better!

Hi Sharon! Opening the app should get rid of that notifications counter! Can you tell me a little bit more about what you're trying to do?

I am also having this issue. I have read every forum i participated in, have no messages, but the notification bubble is still there. Super tempted to just delete the app and not re install it.

Hi Korynn! I'm sorry you're thinking of getting rid of the app. If you're liking other parts of the app but hating the notifications you can switch those off by turning off the types of notifications you don't want. That can be done from the app's settings.
