Alright ladies!

Hit me with your best weight loss tips!
My big day is in just under 3 months (eeek). I weighed myself today for the first time in a while and found out I gained 10 lbs in the past few months due to a new medication- and it all went to my gut! My first dress fitting is next week and I’m feeling pretty down. Tell me what worked for you ladies! I’m an ER nurse so meal planning and healthy eating isn’t the easiest- I work all the crazy shifts.

    Oh no! Keto worked great for me and it’s not as though you have to plan/prep your meals—just stay away from carbs (chips, processed sugar, alcohol, rice, bread, pasta & starchy veggies like potatoes). Snack on cucumbers, cheese & other keto friendly foods. If you sit a lot at work can you take 1-2 extra breaks during a shift and walk the floors?

    Go no carb and no sugar and you will drop the weight. Drink half of your body weight in ounces of water each day too. Good luck.

    I still have 3 months until our wedding but I tried on my wedding dress last week just for fun and it wouldn’t zip... I started weight watchers and am already down 6.2 in 5 days! If you want to do weight watchers for free there is an app called iTrack bites ☺️

    No carb, no sugar is the fastest way to lose weight. Intermittent fasting is the most sustainable. Try combining both for even better results.

    I'm following some Keto guidelines in my eating as well and have really enjoyed it so far. I've cut processed meats, sugars, empty carbs such as pasta and rice, and drinking lots of water. I also joined an Aqua Zumba class for the summer at my local pool. So far I've lost 11 lbs in 2 weeks! Smiley laugh

    I cut out soda, desserts, and creamer in my coffee. I took HIIT classes twice a week and used the TIU app at home the other 3 days. I walked at least 3 miles every weekend. I've lost 13 lbs since January, I've been pretty steady since late May.
