Wedding week can't sleep HELP!!

Gina, on September 11, 2017 at 7:15 AM Posted in Planning 0 5

Im getting married this weekend outside we are having a tented wedding. I actually feel very calm minus the questionable weather. I fall asleep every night for a few hours but have constant wedding nightmares!!! Then I wake up and cant stop thinking about wedding things! I need to sleep! Anyone else have this problem?

I used hot chocolate with a shot of irish cream. not enough booze for even a buzz but ir had a calming affect that helped me relax enough to sleep. also maybe a nice walk before hand to just breath.

Yes I was in your shoes last week. My weather for my wedding was 95°, which I am so glad since we were having triple digits. Do you have a journal to keep track of what is paid and what still needs to be paid. I got a journal to do that, and I wrote in it for my songs and etc. What kind of questionable weather are you referring to?

I had that problem - unfortunately, I never did figure out how to fix it - on the other hand, slept *great* after the wedding

Look up breathing patterns to help you sleep. I have anxiety and its the only non pill way for me to relax and get to sleep. It helps you focus on breathing slowly which slows your heart rate and relaxes you. Its essentially a form of meditation
