I’m doing my wedding website through Minted.com. I did include my wedding party but I didn’t include any pictures or details about them. It’s just their names and titles. I uploaded a few pictures from engagement Photoshoot.

Yes they’re really nice. I think you get a $50 off credit on there products if you use their website. The only downside is you have to pay $15 to add a photos page.

We're using Zola for our wedding website and love it!! I included our wedding party, and just have their names, no pictures. We also have a few of our engagement photos uploaded!

We used Zola for our website and yes, we included the bridal party, with pictures and little bios about how we met. Our engagement pictures are also shown, along with pictures of us throughout our relationship.

Hey Cindy, I used Zola for the wedding website because I can set up my cash registry directly through them. I did include pictures of the bridal party but not bio on each of them. Not sure whether people read that stuff. We do have a tonne of pics though. A few engagement pics but mostly pics of our traveling adventures throughout the years.

We used the Knot. We included the names of the bridal party but didn't include photos or bios (the Knot gives you the option to, but we didn't feel the need). We did include some of our engagement photos in the 'photos' section. The Knot was super easy to navigate and I would highly recommend using it as a wedding website

Ours is through Wix. We didn't include any of the wedding party info but we do have an engagement photoshoot album posted.

We used Zola for ours. We do have a section with pictures and names of our bridal party and we also have a photos section where we have both our engagement pictures and pictures of when we first started dating

I've started making one on the knot, but I think I might switch to Zola. I like the options more. The one I have on the Knot does have our wedding party information as well as a photo. No bios though.

    Hi Cindy!

I'm using the Wedding Wires Websites free version ( I believe there is an upgraded version for an added cost) It has all the basics, nothing too fancy- it's exactly what we wanted. Something basic enough to get our wedding details across to our guests, in addition, allowing our guests to RSVP. Some people have complained about the WeddingWire website however I have had zero issues. Make sure to give your guest your direct website link. Someone had mentioned a search for a "couple " option in which her guests were unable to find their names. - I would avoid recommending that to your guests.

If you are using the RSVP feature I would highly recommend doing a trial search ahead of time to make sure your guests pop up. I know some were complaining that guests weren't popping up- You need to make sure the guests are added to the right section.

It did take me a minute to figure out how to take off the wedding menu options on the RSVPs. ( we are not doing meal cards and wedding wire website automatically includes that in the RSVP section) You need to play around with it - once you get the hang of it you will be addicted to modifying it to your liking! I feel the negative comments about the wedding wire website are those who are not thoroughly navigating the site or not doing a little bit of research on how it works.

    Good luck! Smiley smile

We used The Knot and I was really happy with it. One of the things I liked is that The Knot allows couples to not have their website be searchable. I think it's really weird when I can Google some high school classmate I wasn't even friends with and find their wedding website with all of that personal information on it! The Knot also has a really good RSVP feature and you can have guests make meal selections or answer other questions easily when they RSVP. The user interface is easy to use, there are a lot of different template options, you can customize what info you want to include or hide really easily, and you can delete your information, photos, etc whenever you want easily. It was all free too!

I think its weird when couples put details about their wedding parties on their websites. IMO, I shouldn't be sharing personal information about anyone but myself, so I feel like listing and sharing info about your bridesmaids and groomsmen is a bit of a privacy issue. If you do decide to include information about your wedding parties, whether its just listing names, posting photos, or sharing any personal information, be sure you get their permission first.

We didn't do engagement photos but we did have a photo of the day we got engaged and we had some "family photos" with our dog done by a friend the year before that was sort of in the style of engagement/family photos and worked well for that purpose. We shared a variety of couples photos from us over the years.
