Wedding website on back of Std?

Leonormorrow, on December 4, 2019 at 10:35 AM Posted in Planning 0 18

I'm getting ready to design my STDs and was wondering how to format. I wanted to have our names, photos, and the date/city on the front, with another photo and our wedding website on the back.

However, I'm worried that people won't notice the back/see the website? Should I try to fit that on the front too or is this not a big deal?

Thanks!

You could go with either option honestly. We put ours on the back of our Save the Date, but I couldn't tell you how many people looked at it lol. I think you'll be fine either way Smiley smile

We put our on the back. Also sent the Facebook link to our friends so they'd b sure to see it.

We decided to do a separate thing with our wedding website on it to make sure people saw it. We ordered 100 business cards from Vistaprint and made them look pretty, with our website on it. It said something along the lines of: Please visit our wedding website for more information and then we put our wedding website below. It was like 10 dollars for 100 of them!

We didn't put it on our save the dates. I will send the link to the people who need hotel rooms here soon, but we will be including the website on an insert mailed with the invitation.

We put it on the front to make sure that everyone saw it - we didn't want to risk people sticking it up on their fridge and never noticing the website on the back. Would there be space for you to fit it on the front?

I’m sure it will be fine on the back. If you’re concerned, then just put the save the date in the envelope with the back showing first...then they won’t miss it.

We put ours on the front so it wouldn’t be missed. I think it’s been viewed about 50 times since we sent out our STDs.

Ours was on the back, and plenty of people saw it & visited it! It was also on my bridal shower invites, and on an extra card and the RSVP card for our invites.

I never thought of this idea but that would work perfectly. I just received our STD and I designed it with our dogs on the back and am worried people won't flip it over. Originally I thought I could put a tiny post it that said flip me over but this idea would work better.

Our save the dates will be sent out as post cards. It will be formatted with our photo, names, date and location (city/state) on the front and our website link on the back. Our website link will also be on our RSVPs.

I will try but the design I am using only has two lines so I don’t know if it’ll fit.

We printed our wedding website on the back of our STDs. Then for the formal invites, we included a details card with instructions to RSVP on our website.

I would put it on the front. For how little people actually look at wedding websites even with it on the front you're gonna get even less if you put it on the back. Tbh I never once thought to flip over STDs.
