I am 3 months out from my wedding. My website has been up and working for well over 8 months now. No issues. I could view on my PC, my android phone. No problem. I purchased a domain so I had a direct link to my site for guest to access. Now I am 3 months out from my wedding and my wedding website no longer works from my android phone and sometimes not even from my computer. I contact wedding wire support to and get this as a response to my issues:
"We are not fully compatible on all mobile devices, particularly Androids. If you are unable to view the page on your Android, I would recommend viewing it on a different mobile or desktop device. I apologize for the inconvenience. "
Where was this information 1 year and a half ago when I was choosing my wedding website. I am and will always be pro Android. I do not use Apple and never will and hate when companies do not work with Android. Now I am 3 months away from my wedding. My invitations are printed with my beautiful wedding website that none of my guests will be able to access from their phone to get information on the wedding which was the whole point of having the wedding website to begin with. No one looks at their PC anymore. I am so frustrated right now I could just cry. I can't get my invitations reprinted with a new wedding website. and it appears that wedding wire doesn't care that this could be a huge problem for their customers. Not once did they mention this that they have an issue with Android phones.
I Have no idea why it won't launch from my pc either. They suggest it's an issue with go daddy, but at this point I have no faith in this company at all.
What can I do now? Has anyone ever had this problem? help. This is ruining my wedding.
