I have been going back and forth because I purchased a custom domain through wedding wire. I did not work. I checked the ICANN registry to confirm that it was my purchase of the domain and not someone else(very unlikely with our last name) that was locking it. I have reached out to customer service and basically their answer is that they can't do anything. They offered no solutions, no refund - I have sent and e-mail asking. A huge bummer! We stupidly got announcement favors printed with the website, I wish I had researched wedding wire websites and domain issues before as I've now seen posts saying its an issue!
