Hi! Has anyone had issues with guests trying to see your wedding website from the link you provide? My website link is telling guests that there is an error with the page. They can only access my registry from Wedding Wire’s site directly.

Appreciate any responses!

    Did you purchase a domain name? Is the issue occurring when you enter the domain name?

    I have a domain name that forwards to the wedding wire site. Originally, I had it forwarding with masking. You have to take the masking off because the WW site errors out if you have masking. Hope this helps.

    That would be done via whatever service you bought the domain from. Each one is different and I used godaddy.com which has a tutorial if you Google it.
