Wedding Website: custom url or no?

I created our wedding website through minted.com and due to some technical issues I was having setting it up, minted upgraded us to premium for free (yay to free!). Part of the premium feature is that I can create a custom URL. This may seem like a dumb question, but would a custom URL make it easier or harder for guests to find our website? I'm told it probably won't show up on search engines so they can't just Google it but then again simply using our names as the URL (already checked and its currently available) will probably make it easy for guests to just type out the link?

I did a custom URL on Minted (for free as well). I thought it was a very nice feature to have as it was easier to include the URL on my STDs and invites and I am sure it was much easier for guests to type in. Seemed like a no brainer to me to use our names vs some random groups of numbers and letters. I should add that you can password protect your minted site - which I did so i wasn't worried if it could be found via google as only those I invited could access it.

I did a custom URL and used our hashtag.com so no one could search our names and it would pop up. I wanted the website to be more private, only for those who got the save the date and the invite with the website on it! I think custom URLs look so much better and cleaner than other URLs with the website name in them.

I would do custom with your names! Way easier to google search and find.

I would do a custom URL to something that is short and easy to type.

We used zola and although we did not pay for a fully customized option, I changed it from zola.com/wedding/janeandjohn2019 to zola.com/wedding/smith2019
