Hello! For the wedding wire website, is there any way to change the design template so that we can have a different photo featured on each page, instead of the same one repeated?

Hello, I was able to upload my header and footer photo on the welcome page only, as it was part of the design, is there a way i can add that same header and footer to each page in the website rather than just in the welcome page?
