Anyone else doing Jillian Michaels' Wedding Warrior? I just downloaded the app and plan to start today. My trouble is I'm great at starting fitness programmes but not so great at keeping them up. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I've just got to keep thinking of the dress!👰🏻

I haven't done that program, but I 100% agree that staying motivated is the hardest part. I'm at my best when I have a group that I can text or talk to in the morning to tell them I'm going to the gym or to class that afternoon. Even if they don't join me, it guilts me into going to keep from going back on my word haha
