So I got married in October, wedding video deadline was up 10-12 weeks. Didn't hear anything from videographer, so I reached out beginning of the Feb. They said they would be done the next week. It has now be over a week from the new date they gave me. They haven't reached out to let me know what is going on. Now I don't even know of what to say since I already reached out once. I feel like they should at least keep me updated and let me know they weren't going to make the new deadline either.

I would wait until the end of this week, and then reach out again to ask about the status if you still don't receive it by Friday. Politely mention that the contract states 10-12 weeks, and ask about when you can expect to receive it. You could word it as something along the lines of, "Hello! I just wanted to check in again about our wedding video. We're so excited to see it! Our contract states 10-12 weeks, though you had mentioned on [date] that we can expect to receive it by [deadline], and since it's been a couple weeks past that, I just wanted to reach out and make sure everything was still on track for us to receive our video soon. Do you have an updated timeline of when we will receive it?"

I’m in the same boat!!! We got married October 9th and we constantly keep asking and we don’t hear anything back.
