Wedding Venue

Have you checked out the venue tab here on WW? They may have some good options for you within the city.

How many people do you have? Would a restaurant be a viable option? Are you willing to go a bit out of the city to find your venue?

Unfortunately, I'm on the opposite coast so I don't have any venues in mind, but a quick Google search came up with this website NY Wedding Venues. I'm not sure if you've exhausted all of these venues, but maybe they'll have something that will work for you?

I looked up a few places for you. Your options might be limited because your wedding is less than 8 months away. Venues tend to book at least a year in advance. Also, New York is generally an expensive area to get married. My husband is from New Jersey and they are comparable to New York which is why we decided not to get married in New Jersey. I will say from researching pricing per person for most of the places I found were $150-$200 at like a minimum. You will have to reach out to these places for their pricing.

We got married at Sunset Terrace on Chelsea Piers!

There are a number of venues in various price points on Chelsea Piers, all with great views, and many of them aren't rooftops.

Feel free to DM me for more information - honestly, our wedding went perfectly, our pictures are gorgeous. the food was delicious... we don't really have enough NICE words to describe how we felt about our venue.

There are lots of places that aren't rooftops, but you do have to narrow your search to exclude them.
