Wedding Veil

Any suggestions on where to find affordable veils. This 500 for a veil is not working for me. Smiley smile

I got my cathedral veil from Amazon. $20. If you go that route, just make sure you narrow your search by 4 star reviews and up and look at customer pictures.

I bought a long one from Wish for super cheap ($2 + shipping). They have different length options and quality is still great.

I've seen them on amazon and they are occasionally on sale at David's bridal. Otherwise vintage shops have them as well as some consignment or preowned stores! Mine came from a preowned store and it's in perfect condition what would have been 500 was 150 and then 15% off of that!

My friend got hers off of amazon for $15 I believe. It looked beautiful on her wedding day!

She did say though to make sure you try to find something weighted (like a little bit of beading on the ends of the veil). She bought just a tulle one first and with how her hair was styled it wouldn't lay down nicely so she had to purchased one that had some beads (barely noticeable) on the ends to weigh it down a bit.

Try Amazon or Etsy. Wish has some really nice cheap ones, that's where my best friend got her veil from, but it takes AWHILE for it arrive. I found my scattered crystal cathedral length veil on Amazon for $25 and it is BEAUTIFUL. David's bridal had the same one for $200. Uhh, no thank you!

I got mine from Etsy. I also saw some pretty ones for decent prices on Amazon and you can always look into asking family/friends if they have veils or ones that perhaps a grandmother or great grandmother used so it can be your “something borrowed”. Mine came from Etsy. My grandma of course asked me after I’d already ordered it if she could help me make one lol that’s an idea as well because I would’ve LOVED to have done that and would’ve made great memories. However it was already on order from the girl on Etsy and eta for delivery of the veil from Etsy was the next day.

I looked at Etsy. You can also talk to your seamsteam, mine is making my veil for free from fabric I provided.
