Wedding transportation Sos!

Does anyone have recommendations on transportation planning and who rides with who? Here is how the day is going to go- bridal party and groomsmen will get ready in separate rooms at a hotel, then we will have our first look at a beach 10 minutes from our venue and then the ceremony/reception are at the same place. Do I need 2 limos for girls and guys? Do I make the guys drive themselves to the beach? Do we stay separated after the first look when going to the venue? I'm sure I'm overthinking it, but any suggestions would be appreciated!!

    I think, if in budget, a limo for the guys and a limo for the girls is probably the best for before the first look.
    You could make people drive themselves but make sure no one will be drinking while getting ready!

    Do you need 2 separate limos to fit the bridal party? If so, have them pick all of you up at the hotel and bring you to the beach. Plan to get into them at slightly different times so you don't end up with an accidental first look in the parking lot. Leave the beach with whoever you came with so you enter the ceremony space in the right groupings.

    If you only need one limo after the beach, you can have the groom/groomsmen take a taxi/uber/lyft to the beach and then all get in the same limo at that point. Don't make them drive and leave their cars somewhere they don't need to be later.

    I agree!! ^^ If you can find one limo or shuttle bus that fits in the entire wedding party I'd go with that!! You can be dropped off in two different trips for the first look (or have the guys Uber or get driven there), and then all go to the venue together!!
