Hey all!

I keep being asked what time my ceremony is and I still have not decided. I want to end around 10 since we have to be out of our venue by midnight. Ideas, please?!
Thank you!

I would end it based on how long clean up is gonna take and how long you have certain vendors, like DJ or photographer

We're having our ceremony at 3 and ending at 8, so you could have yours around 4 or 5 depending on what time you want to serve dinner.

Our ceremony starts at 5 and ends at 9:30.

Here is the timeline that our coordinator came up with:

2:00 - 4:30: getting ready, bridal party and first touch pics

4:30 - 5:00: guest arrive and get seated

    5:00 - 5:30: ceremony

5:30 - 6:15: cocktail hour & bar opens for guest and more pictures

    6:15 - 6:20: bridal party introduced

    6:20: first dance

    6:30: serve dinner

    7:00: father/daughter & mother/son dance. Dance floor opens

7:30: garter and bouquet toss, then more dancing

8:00: toast and cutting of cake. Then more dancing

9:25: send off and fake exit

9:30 - 10:30: gather our things and leave

I may have forgotten something, but this is what we came up with together this past weekend with our venue coordinator.
