What specifically? In general 630-700 ceremony 7-8 cocktail hour 8-closing special dances, dinner, toasts, dancing. What things are you including and what’s your end Time?

You are going to end up with a couple of timelines... (1) for your vendors that will start earlier in the day and coordinated with your venues, so vendors know when they can load in flowers, rentals, cake, etc. and then when they need to breakdown and clean those items up at the end, (2) timeline for the bridal party and family with key events, like prep, photos, ceremony start, reception start, etc., and (3) timeline for band/DJ, catering, and/or whomever is going to run the order of the reception to coordinate introduction of BP, first dances, toasts, dinner, cake cutting, and farewell.

You should talk to your photographer first, based on when you want to do your photos they will help you determine an “ready by” time. Once you know that, you should work with your hair and make up people to determine when you (and bridal party) will get those services to be ready on time.

You’ll also want to work with your venue(s) and they can probably lay out a timeline that works well for them for the ceremony and reception.

use the people you are paying... they do this all the time and can help guide you:
