It would depend on season and the time of sunset. You want it to be light out for the ceremony but not at the time of day when the light is the harshest. Your photographer will likely have some great input on timeline!

Around 6 - 7 depending on the age of your guests. If they are older I’d start around 5 - 6 in the evening.

Avoid the hottest part of the day if you can. Have the ceremony before sunset. Talk to your photographer about the timeframe with lighting. Is your entire wedding 5 hrs from the ceremony time or is it cocktail hour/reception only?
