I guess I don't want enough movies with people getting married. Glad to know we were both lost on that tradition! That sounds like a money saver for sure and more comfortable as well.

My fiance and I aren't very superstitious either, and we are also staying together the night before our wedding. Are you doing a first look?

I don't watch a whole lot of movies either, especially ones with weddings in them, but the ones I have seen, I feel like the traditions are usually very exaggerated. Glad I'm not the only one who isn't following this one!

Aww, awesome that you'll get the best of both worlds! Staying with him, but also sneaking out that morning before he sees you. That will be one special moment at the altar for you both!
I have an early start and he’s not exactly a morning person so I think he will spend the night at home with our pup and I’ll go to our hotel (where the makeup at 9am will be happening) the night before.
We aren’t very far into planning…. Just research stages really… but. We will prob stay apart.. not due to superstitious beliefs but because I want to hang with my gal pals the night before all together
We are staying separately. We are Christians so we have been staying in our own houses throughout our relationship and engagement. Although we will have our new house before the wedding we agreed to stay living and sleeping separate until we are married.

Very cool that he wants to follow the tradition! Are you planning to do a first look? Or will the first time he sees you on the wedding day be at the altar?
We decided to spend the night together and get rid of that tradition! We’ve been together for 11 years and the thought of being excited the night before separated felt weird for us. We want to have those night before excitement jitters together!
We are staying separately, I’m excited for the tradition and anticipation of seeing him for the first time while walking down the aisle (not doing a first look). Also, will be nice to have one last night with my teenage daughters the night before. It was just the 3 of us for a few years before I met my fiancée. Looking forward to spending that night with them and getting ready with them and the rest of my ladies in the morning.
We are spending the night separately. We’ll see each other at the rehearsal spend some time together and then we’re going our own ways. This will the night I’m spending with my family as a single person. We’ll see each there when we do a first look as I walk down the isle
