Wedding stress

Crystal, on November 17, 2020 at 10:44 AM Posted in Planning 0 8
My wedding is on 11/21/20.. 3 days away! I’ve been stressing so much it’s taking a toll on me physically. I’m a grad student with a full time job planning my wedding. Any ideas for relaxing? 😊

Schedule out at least two hours per day where wedding planning and talk is not allowed.

Mhm your favorite hobby. I know before we married I relaxed by journaling, a glass of wine, having a date night and even talking on the phone with my friend

Definitely carve out time each day to do something you love, whether that be reading a book, re-watching a favorite tv show or movie, or lighting a candle and enjoying a beverage of your choice! For me, working out and cleaning my house are two things that let me burn off excess energy and stress.

Just know that no matter what happens you are going to be MARRIED on Saturday and starting your life with your new husband!! Good luck!

I'd say if you are stressed about wedding tasks that are still to-do, consider just....not doing them! If you haven't done them already, they probably aren't important. I remember so many things I was stressed about in the planning, and then day-of, so many things I'd planned didn't go the way I'd planned LOL but it was still the happiest day of my life and I literally just didn't even care that things were "going wrong" because my husband and I were so solid and it's honestly the only thing that matters. Your guests just want to see that you're happy, talk to you at least a little, be warm, and eat.

Great idea, because I have been so consumed with wedding planning.
