Wedding songs!

Gina, on June 26, 2019 at 3:18 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 5
Hey y'all!

I'm having the HARDEST time coming up with a song for our wedding party to enter to. Us and our families are die hard country fans. So, we kind of want to stick to that theme. Also, any other country songs to play would be helpful. We have all other like mother, son; father, daughter; first dance; cake cutting song

I love "Here for the Party" by Gretchen Wilson! It would be fun, upbeat, and a great song to open the reception up with.

My 4 year old son, who is a junior groomsman for our wedding, wants the bridal party to enter to “this is how we roll” by Florida Georgia line and Luke Bryan. Honestly, I don’t hate it, and might actually let him have this one lol

    Hey Gina!

Well done for choosing all of your other special songs for your wedding, I know that it is a big job.

Who are some of your favorite country musicians?

I think Here for the Party by Gretchen Wilson could be a great option for your wedding party to enter to!!

Are you going for a party vibe or a meaningful vibe? Find Out Who Your Friends Are by Tracy Lawrence or Damn Good Friends by Tyler Farr are good 'friends' songs for the wedding party. If you want more of a 'get this party started' vibe, I like the PP suggestion of Here For The Party which I wouldn't have even thought about. Crackin Cold Ones With The Boys by The Cadillac Three would be fun for the groomsmen. Don't Tempt Me With A Good Time by Luke Combs is good, fun, upbeat. Feels Like A Party by Locash. Friends In Low Places is always a good one! (I'm basically just scrolling through my apple music hahaha) Ladies In The 90's by Lauren Alaina would be cute for the bridesmaids if you're all (or most) born in the 90's. I couldn't think of any more sappy ones or meaningful ones.
