I ordered these from Amazon from J. Adams. The heel is 3.5 and they feel really comfy. Cost $32 I believe

Amazon is a great place to search for white shoes, they usually have a huge amount of options. Are you comfortable with ordering shoes online? You could read up on Amazon's return policy before purchasing anything if it makes you a little nervous.
ASOS also has such beautiful shoes, it's always the first place I look!

I had a hard time finding white! I custom ordered Shoes of Prey. You can choose heel type, height, shoe color and details. Around $200 though so not cheap.
