Ivory is a neutral, just like white. Pretty much everything except true white goes with ivory (it makes the ivory look dirty).

Are you looking for flats or heels?

I'm actually planning to do rose gold shoes with my ivory-ish dress. I think it goes nicely. Rose gold and ivory compliment each other nicely in my opinion. (but of course, I'm a little biased!)

My shoes are my "something blue" no

one is going to see them really so matching my colors isn't a huge deal (although my colors are navy and burgundy so it works). I added ivory lace to mine to tone it down a bit. I would say, that with a full length gown, you can really get away with ANY shoe since they really won't be visible .
