What’s your wedding shoe preference? Pumps or some other type of heel? Comfy yet fancy sneakers?

I haven't picked out my shoes yet, though these are the ones I bought for my bridesmaids! My shoes will likely be something similar: comfy, easy to walk in on grass/outside, and silver/sparkly. Maybe a little bit of a heel, but it would be a wedge or block heel or something easy to walk in outside.

I’ve got a pair of ivory ballet flats, with bling on the toe area that is similar to the heel on the pumps in your first picture. They’re so comfy and elegant and will get me through the whole day. I can’t wait!

Those last ones are too pretty!

I knew as soon as I got engaged the kind of shoes I wanted to wear - my fiance and I met at a fancy charity ball, so when I first walked towards him, I was wearing a black pair of louboutins. For this second very important walk, I wanted to be wearing another pair, for sentimental reasons. It also felt like a great excuse to buy a neutral pair, you know? Anyway, I bought these:

They are the opposite of practical for our venue and I do have a flat pair of shoes to change into just in case, but falling in love with shoes is like falling in love with a person - it doesn't matter how practical it is!

Nope, lol! CB has famously said he does not design his shoes for comfort, but entirely for the look.

I personally don't think they're too bad, but they are tiring to wear for long periods of time - most people find Louboutins really uncomfortable because they're narrow but I have have scrawny little feet, so that's never been a problem for me - they're just quite hard and lacking in cushioning, plus the arches are HIGH, so your feet get tired that way.

I picture my self in a some type of pumps as well. Realistically I know they most likely won’t be comfortable , I know for sure that my dress is going to be long ,so I’m strongly considering going with a wedged sneaker heel for my reception ,

I WISH I could wear heels, but I am miserable after 3 minutes lol but they are so gorgeous! I have a pair of bejewelled flipflops to wear (beach wedding)

Reasonable pumps are definitely my preference! Unfortunately I tore my ACL recently so if I had to choose again I'd be going with ballet flats.

I actually didn't think I cared and was planning on wearing a pair of heels I already had until I saw these yesterday and fell in love. Since our wedding will be partially outside I didn't want a thin heel.
