I have to share my wedding shoes. Adidas superstars have been my favorite shoe since I was 12. I've worn them for my quince and prom, my wedding shouldn't be any different right? I'm not a heel type of girl. So I added rhinestones to some Adidas for my wedding. I'll add some satin white laces. A lot of people don't like my choice of shoes but it's my wedding and all my style. I love them, can't wait to wear them!

I definitely won't be wearing heels either. I'm going to wear mint colored converse and DF made a snide remark, but when I showed him how many other brides have done similar things, he backed down lol.

What difference should it make if other brides have done it... It should only matter what YOU want. Im not saying that to be rude to you, that just struck me as odd

Love them! I'm having all my girls wear converse and only one (FSIL) complained. The others actually thanked me for not making them wear heels all day

@kristy he just didn't think it was wedding appropriate. He thought it was the same as like wearing a t-shirt or something to that equivalent. He thought it was tacky until I showed him that plenty of women use other options for footwear at weddings..
