Wedding shoe

Just curious on where y’all got your wedding shoes? I have a brand I really like, but nobody ANYWHERE has the shoes. The bridal salon only has them in 7, Amazon is sold out and the specific style I want is literally nowhere to be found. With that being said, I may just settle and look for a different option. So where is a good place to find shoes? Please don’t say David’s 😂

What kind of shoes are you looking for? Many brides don't buy specific bridal shoes but just nice shoes that they like, in the colours of their wedding.

It sounds like you would like some bridal-looking shoes - what was the brand and style you were after?

I specifically chose non-bridal shoes for myself. I knew I wanted to splurge a bit on my shoes and in doing so, wanted to make sure that I could wear them again (and again and again!).

One thing to remember is, especially if you plan on not having a second pair of shoes for the party, that you should be comfortable! Style and look is great, but if they aren't comfortable you'll be pissed you bought them all night!

If you're looking for a traditional bridal look - take a look at some of the big department stores (Macys etc). They tend to have a lot of shoes that can very much be considered "bridal" and are always having sales (especially now and at the end of the summer for Labor Day).

If you're looking for a specific shoe try eBay or Poshmark to see if someone else is selling a pair in your size. Or google the name of your desired shoe and the word "dupe". You might be able to find a shoe by a different designer that is such a similar match you'll fall in love!

I always recommend not buying "bridal" shoes. Retailers jack up the prices because they know people are more willing to pay more for big events like weddings. You can totally find "normal" shoes that will work, and it opens up way more options by not narrowing it down. I got mine at DSW.

Those are gorgeous and yes, unfortunately clearly no longer in production.

For Bridal shoes in the same price range, there's a nice selection here .

Take a look at Poshmark, eBay, Farfetch, Gilt, TheRealReal - these are all places that you can often find shoes like these.

I don't know what size you're looking for but there are some on Poshmark and eBay.

I've bought tons of shoes from reseller apps - particular TheRealReal - they do a good job making sure they are telling you what you are getting and what condition they are in. The majority of my closet is high end designer shoes that I got off of these sites.

Try Zappos. I hear Badgley Mischka's are notoriously uncomfortable. You may as well try a variety with free shipping. You can also try Nordstrom, Bergdorf Goodman, and DSW for other options.

Nordstrom is a good shout. They carry Badgley Mischka and have a few models fairly similar to the one you were looking for.

Beautiful shoes, definitely keep checking Amazon sometimes they restock, also take a look on EBAY you can often find new in the box items there, Poshmark, Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack, Macys, Bloomingdales. DIllards, and DSW may be worth a look too. Best of luck, happy shopping!
