I didn’t use any shapewear my dress was so tight there was nothing else I could add under. Didn’t even bother with a bra lol. But I did want to prevent chaffing so I purchased this body glide on Amazon and it worked like a charm. I use it now when I workout or anything wearing a dress or skirt.

My dress is open in the back, so these worked well because they're not too high waisted. I like these because they provide shaping but aren't too thick. Also, my booty was not flattened.

Not really. It more just protects your thighs from chaffing.
