I think its sweet. Does FH want you to get that ring?

I think it's lovely!! She must love you, for her to offer you that ring. That alone is something to be grateful for.

But more importantly, what do you think? Do you like his mother's ring?

He says its up to me. I know the death of his dad affected him, and i told him its a honor. He has 2 older sisters, and a stepsister. She is giving it to me. Hes the baby of the family

I have not seen it. He asked me last night. I said as long as it goes with my engagement ring we are ok.

Yes, should i? I think i should, but i dont want to replay hurtful memories cause his dad died while my fiance was in the car. They hit a deer and his dad was driving

I don't think that his wedding ring is necessarily related to those memories, but I would have an open conversation with your FH about how he feels about it.

My FH gave me his Mom's ring from when she was married to his Dad. The two are both remarried and I absolutely love my engagement ring! I think her giving you the ring would be an honor since you said he does have sisters.

If fiance is okay with it and his sisters don't want it then I think it's fine.
