Wedding reception

Sounds like fun, especially for a summer wedding. My FH would totally be on board, he hates cake, but loves ice cream!

Sundae with toppings! Yes yes yes!! Love the idea.
For sure different topics for people to pick. I’m simple I just like some chocolate syrup but some people love to get creative.

I'd suggest: crushed peanuts (but beware of allergies, this can be very serious), crushed/slivered nuts in general like almonds (again, allergies), a few syrups (chocolate, caramel, strawberry, pineapple, etc.) crushed/blended/broken or small candy (mini MnMs, reese's, heath/toffee, etc.)
maraschino cherries, fresh fruit (bananas, berries, pineapple, kiwi, etc.) whipped cream.

Oh and sprinkles!! Duhhh, me lol!

I think that sounds awesome, but make sure you have a way to keep the ice cream cold. Sundae bars were pretty popular in college, but the second half of the crowd normally ended up with mostly melted ice cream.
