Wedding Reception Seating Chart

A seating chart is fairly easy to do. I printed mine myself and put them on a frame.

We used AllSeated. It’s a website.

I just used index cards. I put each couple on their own index card and then we arranged everything on the floor and created piles for each table. We spent about an hour, probably less, on it for a 113 person wedding.

I took the rsvp and made groups with them based on number of people at one table. I put number of people for that rsvp in corner first. I put family members together, people who like each either or know each other or similar age groups a tables

Our seating chart took us about an hour with both of us working on it, and that was assigning tables & seats for 125 guests. I'd just do it by hand with you and your fiance to make sure the tables make sense and will be fun for guests.
