Wedding reception for 15 ppl? August

Ekaterina, on July 23, 2020 at 8:19 PM Posted in New York Planning 0 8
Hi everyone! I know most of you do bigger wedding but maybe someone know where can we go to celebrate after Central Park ceremony? There are 15 of us. I can try to cut to 10 as the restaurants require but still there is only a la carte menu and with time limitations Smiley sad All places I like can not accommodate us. I so hope we can find a place !! Preferably Brooklyn. Thank you in advance

So... restaurants aren't allowed to do indoor dining right now, which may be some of your problem. Have you considered having a "picnic"? Getting catering and then having an outdoor reception, in a park or a patio?

That said, unless you are hiring a restaurant/private room for a fixed period of time, they are going to set rules, so they and their servers can make money on the night. With the restrictions on space and gatherings, they are very crunched.

What is your budget? That could help us help you.

Fix menus would be perfect. I was looking for spaces also, couldn’t find anything as well.

I was thinking about a park yes. I saw Central Park picnic options but no chairs are allowed and no wine lol. If I found a nice patio that would be great but same problem - most are for bigger parties usually. And I’m planning to get married in the park so no need it for a ceremony.
My perfect budget is 2000, max 2500 for the party. So that’s my problem maybe. And I don’t have a wedding planner or a decorator who do a wedding for me

Ok so this resturant is held of course outdoor due to NYC phase 4 which isnt allowing indoor dinnng. Its not a fix.menu however they seem to sell Spanish food like rice beans chicken pork etc. They are currenlty allowing and accommodating private events. Last week they held a wedding reception. Imma attach the website and of course see if you like menu options and prices IS beyond reasonable.
    Here's website and name ....
