I did this about 1.5 months ago (wedding in July), but it occurred to me today that perhaps others may find value with this information.
I wrote one big email, to all of my vendors. I introduced them to each other, listed the contact names, the companies, email addresses, and phone numbers. Because sometimes the DJ needs to talk to the venue coordinator. The florist needs to provide flowers for our cake to the baker. etc, etc, etc. As an architectural project manager, I do this with all of my building projects. And it has proved to be successful for wedding planning as well!
My photographer was especially grateful because he was able to talk about lighting with the venue coordinator. He recently told me how helpful having the contact info was.
In the email, I also included a schedule, that had all of the vendors, and when I expected their services. I hope that information can help you too!
