I’m looking for an affordable service to get our place cards printed, without perforations on the sides (ie not the Avery place cards that you have to manually separate). I’m estimating around 100 guests and I’d like to have each guest’s name, their table number, and meal selection printed on the card. Open to any suggestions!

We printed our seating chart at Staples for under $10. I know they also print what you’re looking for.

Minted prints place cards for a decent price! We’re going to be ordering all our signage from there so it al matches.

We ordered a template from Etsy, and then had them printed at a local shop. It was surprisingly easy and affordable. But you could also do somewhere like Staples, Kinkos (which I guess is now FedEx?), etc.

Etsy sells solid colored card stock tent cards that you can write names and table assignments or have the vendor do for you. Each entree choice would be a different solid color that waitstaff can see from a long distance and you let the caterers know what the color code system is. It’s extremely simple and easy.
