Wedding Pictures help!

I’d just keep it honestly. You’d have to crop her out of a lot of photos I’d assume. But, if you don’t want her in them that bad, there’s ways to photoshop her out.

I personally wouldn't let it bother you too much. Through the course of time there are likely going to be other people in your wedding album that you no longer see or keep in touch with for one reason or another. I don't believe in rewriting history. You were friends at one time, now you aren't. That's life.

I'd honestly leave it. When choosing photos to include in the album, I probably wouldn't choose ones where she is the main subject in the image, but otherwise try to look past her being in some of them. The album is a documentation of the day, and she was part of the day.

I have friends who have lots of people in their wedding album that they no longer speak to/are enemies with now! I think it’s a part of life. I wouldn’t crop her out.
