Wedding photos - 7 week delay

Our contract stated we'd have the photos within 10 weeks. It's going on almost 17 weeks. She never reaches out to me with an update, I constantly have to message her first asking for an update. Trying to be nice as possible because she hold my wedding photos. Sometimes she won't respond for a day or two. What type of compensation would be fair to ask for after I finally recieve my photos. Contract was $2400.
