My fiancé only have 3groomsmen and I have 7 bridesmaids that I want to have in the wedding!! Any suggestions bc all of these girls mean a lot to me and I want them all to be apart of this special day!!! Please let me know how I can make this work

Uneven parties are fairly common. I would pair them up:
Maid of honor/Best Man
Bridesmaids #2-4/Groomsman #2
Bridesmaids #5-7/Groomsman #3

You can always have some people walk as three or multiple bridesmaids walk together. It doesn't necessarily need to be one groomsmen to one bridesmaid

Have you thought about giving some of them special "duties"? Maybe having someone to usher? mistress of ceremony?

You could have the groomsmen walk in before the officiant and have bridesmaids walk in pairs with the MOH first.
