Wedding Party Transportation Question

Advice needed!!

I've booked 2 mini shuttles to take myself, my wedding party, our parents, grandparents and immediate family from the hotel we are getting ready/staying at to the wedding venue, but do I need to provide something for them to return at the end of the night? I just figured I would book the one way so we can all get there together, and then everyone can Uber/Lyft or ride with someone else (like another wedding guest, we also have valet parking provided for them), especially since people could be leaving at different times. The hotel and venue are only about 10 minutes away, but is it bad to not provide them transport back? I'm only planning transportation at the end of the night for my Fiance and myself as an exit.

I feel like you should arrange transportation back if you were providing it there, even if it is just giving them gift cards for Uber/Lyft.

If you aren’t providing transportation back I would let everyone know before they commit to riding the bus. They might prefer to have their car there versus waiting for Uber. Do you grandparents and other family know how to use Uber ? Just something to consider. Maybe the hotel has a free shuttle you could get to pick them up later at night.

You definitely need to have transportation back to the hotel for them. If it was me I would feel like my she got us but I guess we get to walk back. I would rather drive myself than worry about how I'm getting back to the hotel. Immediate family and wedding party are most likely going to stay until the end, just have transportation for them at the end, if they want to leave sooner then they can figure it out.

We provided transportation both ways for all our guests. If you really can't afford to provide it back, I'd tell them in advance so they can drive separately to the wedding if they would prefer to drive back and not uber.
