Wedding Party Gifts

Whichever you want. You can give either during the rehearsal or day of. Our gift to our parents were wedding albums because we knew that is what they want most, so we told them their gift was coming later and what it was.

Usually when I have been a bridesmaid it has been the day of. Sometimes it was gifts for the wedding day like certain jewelry or once the night before back in the hotel.

We gave our bridal party their gifts before the rehearsal dinner. Our venue was a hotel so most of the bridal party stayed at the hotel so once everyone was checked in we have them their gifts. I gave my parents' their gifts the day before rehearsal because I stayed at their house. We gave his mom her gift after the rehearsal dinner at the hotel. We gave his dad his gift the morning of the after party. His dad didn't attend rehearsal and we didn't see him until the ceremony so that was the best time to give him his gift. We gave them their gifts when it was the most convenient and made sense.

You can do either, but the rehearsal dinner is usually best. That way no one has to worry about forgetting or losing a gift the day of the wedding. There’s enough going on the day of, may as well take one stressor away if you can.
