So my FH and I decided to have a small party thing for our wedding party, so that everyone, including me, could get to know one another. I'm planning to also make it into an info day lol just to give everyone a heads up on what's going on and coming up. So far I'm planning to talk about the DIY things that will happen at my mom's, fittings/prices for the tux and dresses, decorations (beach themed and we live at the beach, mainly if anyone goes to the beach, sees a cool shell, please pick it up lol) and maybe getting everyone's numbers so if someone needs to get up with another person they can. So do you ladies have any more ideas on some other stuff we should do?

We did a get together in the form of an engagment party... Just a small bbq for the bridal party to get to know each other and for our parents to meet. We planned some outings for the bridesmaids and groomsmen to get to know each other more. Like apple picking and a football game..

Don't forget to do some fun stuff- maybe some games, and have food and drinks. Otherwise, it's coming off as an informational meeting, like a business meeting. Just make sure it's FUN!

@Meghan Yea we are planning to have pizza and some fun games and "prizes" lol I think it will be alot of fun, we gave out a few of the invitations and Fh's best man accepted to be the best man so you could tell FH was supper excited

If relatives are coming from out of town where are they staying? Maybe you could get a sense of who is willing to house people and how much space they have.
