wedding party and vendor gifts

What is a vendor gift? I've heard of tipping them but not a gift.

I found some gifts on the Amazon website for the Ordained Minister and Coordinator. I just do not know what to get my guys and girls.

Shop for them like it's their birthday. No props or stuff for the wedding day, just things they would personally love.

A lot of people recommend shopping for your wedding party as if it were their birthday, and not to count photo-prop items (like wine glasses or robes that say "Bridesmaid") as an actual gift. I'm getting my girls shirts to get ready in that they'll actually wear afterwards (plain flannels), I sewed them each a tote bag-backpack, got them a S'well bottle, and will throw in a few things specific to each girl as well as a thank you card. I made dopp kits for the groomsmen, and FH is going to put their tie, and bottle opener, and a few individual things in those as their gifts.

Okay, GREAT! Yeah I was going to get the fellas a cigar kit because my FH was purchasing the cigars.

I was going to do a cash tip but purchased something small. I more of a sentimental type of person than Monetary.
