Wedding nightmares are real

I seriously just woke up from what I think was one of my first wedding nightmares....6 months out!

I dreamed that the venue contacted me a week before my wedding to inform me they were closing their doors. We were still determined to get married there so we still went on the wedding day without the presence of the venue staff.

My dress was a short white tea length dress for some reason that was wrinkled beyond repair. The venue had contacted the DJ so they didnt show up and we played music off our cell phones.

Also, the venue is preparing the food so we had no food to feed our guests.

🤣😂 it looks like it is going to be a long 6 months!!

I think that is so normal. I’m 13 months out and have them. I think the best way to tackle this is by recognizing its a dream and not thinking about what will go wrong on your wedding day.

Hahaha it must be an April 18th wedding date thing. I started having them about 2 weeks ago and venue closing with only a couple weeks notice was my first nightmare.

My friend who's married says it doesn't get any better 😅.

Lol oh great!! Glad to see I have a date twin! It seems that it is going by fast, but then slow at the same time!

Yessss I feel the same! This past year flew and everyone says the next 6 months will too, but idk time definitely slowed down lol

I'm getting married on 10/10/20, a Saturday. I woke up in a panic the other night because I'd had a dream that we went to the bar and had a few drinks the night before, woke up the next morning and went to the venue, and they told us that 10/10/20 was actually a Friday and we spent our wedding day at the bar. I'm a little under a year out. lol

Haha that is so funny! I've started having wedding nightmares too now! I generally get nightmares when I'm worried about things so I have a long 5 months ahead of me. I'll be surprised if I sleep at all the week before the wedding lol.

These are so awful!!! i'm sorry you're having the nightmares. mine haven't gotten worse or more frequent but i keep getting them here and there. mostly my subconscious fear of nothing going right on the day.
