It's official. I've had my first wedding nightmare. Instead of the dress I originally wanted, I ended up having to wear a long silk nightgown looking thing because something was wrong with my dress. I don't even think I had any shoes on
I don't know what it was but I just know I didn't have it. My hair wasn't done AT ALL, our officiant didn't show up and the photographer made it AFTER the wedding was already over. We lost our venue so we ended up having the ceremony INSIDE a cramped house and I have no idea who it even belonged to. We didn't even have a reception because most of our money went to the venue and we weren't reimbursed for anything so we really couldn't afford to do it. I don't know how we made it through the ceremony but I know we never actually said our vows that we wrote. Our wedding party wasn't even there. Not even as guests. Just gone. My FH looked great though, as usual. My mind is blown. I'm sure it could have been way worse. I've seen a couple of other stories on here but man that was just too real.
